Consider your communication with your partner and how you express your emotions with your partner. In what circumstances in your relationship with your partner do you or don't you share your feelings? Think about a time when you shared your feelings but later regretted it. What were the consequences of sharing your feelings? What could you do in the future to have a better outcome?
