As before, this is an opinion response, but comments on the study design are welcome too (though it's not necessary to read the original published study) if one would prefer to talk about the technical aspects instead of one's opinion. Please note that it’s not necessary to discuss your own experiences or relationships and I’m not supporting a position of too much/too little/just right in regards to the accuracy of the article.  My own personal opinion is that whatever works for two people and brings them the most happiness is what is best for them
