Journal 8 – Culture and Change

Consider your work, school or family using the Competing Values Framework (Clan, Adhocracy, Hierarchy, or Market)?  How does the culture align with the External Environment the organization operates (Simple-stable, Complex-stable, Simple-unstable, or Complex-unstable)?  What change, if any, to the culture may be needed to match the environment?  Please be specific in your examples.
