1. Identified objectives for goal three and activities to achieve the objectives.
   Goal  3 = Objective 3: Analyze and implement patient health and safety goals that address social and public health and cross-cultural health issues; demonstrating respect for personal and cultural health practices and human diversity.  

2. Evaluate the agency’s policies on safety and describe current efforts in place to minimize risks of harm to patients.
