Select one item that could be thrown out, and provide a justification via a specific scenario or example. Then, consider item #17… What are some examples of the benefits and perks that leaders have that their rank-and-file followers do not? Finally, explain how your public acknowledgment of this fact to your subordinate leaders and frontline followers would serve as a advantage in your interpersonal communications with your staff.
