Jodi arias case

How do you feel about media coverage of capital cases?  Does coverage of cases such as the Jodi Arias case make the push for the death penalty more likely and, if so, what does this say about the Constitutional application of the death penalty?  Critique the idea that the media presents offenders to viewers who then form opinions on them based on usually nothing but the media outlet they choose to watch and, subsequently, create a public outcry for a death sentence.
