   Select one position, such as police officer, social worker, park ranger, accountant, etc.
   
   
   Write a 700- to 1,050-word job requisition proposal for the selected position. Your proposal should include:
   
   
   
   • The qualifications needed for the position
   • A detailed plan for recruitment, selection, compensation, and retention
   • Justify the decisions that informed your recruitment, selection, compensation, and retention plans using your textbook, peer-reviewed research, and other sources.
