Jeweling Firearms

 Use this week’s discussion board to reflect on the advantages and risks of offering “jeweling” services at a gunsmith’s shop and then complete the following:
#1. Review several online videos of jeweling rifle bolts, and observe the various DIY and store-bought jigs and retaining set-ups.
#2. Choose a set-up you like, and research the cost of adding it to your shop.
#3. Explain to your classmates how you would set up your jeweling operation, what it would cost, and whether or not you believe it would be beneficial to your business.
