Case Assignment Question
- Give examples of internal and external stakeholders and where do you fit them in the stakeholder’s matrix? Be thoughtful. Create the Stakeholders' Classification Matrix (follow Figure 2-3 and 2-4 as examples) and explain your rationale for classifying stakeholders in the various quadrants.
- Explain why it is important for organizations like the case study to maintain good relationships with its stakeholders.
- Analyze why providing information about the organization ethical behavior is important for the future of the firm.
- What have you learned from the case study about stakeholders’ responsibility?
To answer the assignment questions, your paper should be 3–4 pages double-spaced not including the cover page and reference list. Take a definite stand on the issues and develop your supporting argument carefully. Use material from the Background information and any other sources you can find to support specific points in your arguments. Avoid making assertions for which you cannot find other than your own opinion.
