We are using different modules of our ERP system Workday such as HR Operations, Sales, Payroll, Accounting, procurement, etc. to integrate and streamline processes of different departments within the organization. Workday has synchronized different processes that different departments have to perform and decreases the latency as well as delay in communicating within different departments for the interdependent tasks.

Our organization uses only one ERP system that is Workday. We have integrated SalesForce (CRM Software) with Workday to get the real-time data of sales orders and purchases. It is very difficult to migrate data from different legacy systems to a single ERP platform. Our organization took almost 2 and a half quarters to migrate data from the legacy system to the new ERP system completely.

Based on my experience and knowledge, the employees are expected to equip the communication skill, emotional management skill, business common sense at the same time. Since the work will always involved anxiety, follow-up, and interpersonal communication, an employee is expected to handle all the tasks in a thoughtful and timely manner. 

I believe opening more courses to emphasis the communication skills in my degree will definitely help the students to develop their ability to communicate properly in workplace, as well as be more outstanding in the fierce peers competition.
