Now that you have defined your project and stakeholders in Weeks One and Two, you will determine the project scope and how the work will be accomplished. 

• Write a paper of approximately 2500 words that summarizes the project name, project description, project scope  and project MOV.
• Complete the following tasks using Microsoft Project:
  • Project phases using the project life cycle and systems development life cycle phases and the associated deliverables.
  • Milestones for each phase and deliverable
  • Activities and tasks for each deliverable
  • Estimates for each activity and task
