20 Page research paper using the 4 international relations perspectives to discuss the cold war. Specifically looking at relations between the US and the USSR during the detente error. Has the world learned from the events during this time period or will the world continue to repeat the constant painful pattern of division? The Détente era (1969-1979).  Look at why the Détente started and ended, and whether we could learn a lesson from the experience when we think about the future U.S.-China relations.
