Hi Christine,
Thank you for sharing your comments regarding discussion making and how this varies depending on the type of decision that is being made. We all have to make decisions and understanding the process that goes into good decision making is critical for positive outcomes. You did a really nice job of discussing the differences between the types of decisions. Of these decisions, are you able to identify an example for each one that you have experienced and how you made your decision and share the outcome?
What do you think are the biggest errors that are made when decision making does not go well and the desired outcome is not achieved?
