I/O Short Paper - Rating in Bias

 What are the key things to consider when rating employee behavior so as to avoid (or reduce) bias? Refer at least one outside source in addition to the Module Resources. 

 This is a 2-4 page paper written in APA style format, with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. There should be a separate Title page and Reference page. Please reach out to the Online Writing Center or to Academic Support for guidance and assistance.
