I/O Psychology

What is I/O psychology and how does it relate to what we have been learning and discussing in class as it relates to personality and personality assessment? What type of training do I/O psychologists go through? As I am sure you are all learning, there are many different aspects of personality assessment, some assessments are used to help guide clinicians in treatment planning, others for career/vocational assessments, some for forensic types of issues.
