Introduction of Health Information

Do you feel that HIPPA goes far enough in protecting the confidentiality of patients' healthcare information? Why, or why not? What are some ways that you feel HIPPA can be improved?

I believe that HIPPA could be improved more than it already has. I feel that with all the technology being used for medical records, it is easier for someone to hack into the system and making it so they are breaching HIPPA. If they had a better system in place where this cant happen then no one would be validating HIPPA.
