Introduction Draft

Write a 600-word introduction to your research proposal.  Be sure to include all five components found in chapter 5 of the text: introduce the research problem, provide a brief review of literature relevant to your problem; identify deficiencies in existing research (gaps in the literature); indicate the significance of your study for a specific audience; and provide a preliminary purpose statement.  This assignment will be graded on content, adherence to APA style, and English grammar and usage.
