intro to business company assignment

I have a project in intro to business class where my part of the group project I have to do this for the company " Hudson Bay Company" my role goes as follows:

-> Proposed strategic adaptations: (re)alignments of organizational structure or culture in support of business-level and corporate level strategies necessary to improve competitive position and/or improve responsiveness to business environment. 

- I need a compelling introductory and concluding positioning, relevant company history, and description. All APA format . I've attached a rubric as well. 2 pages min.
