Assess: Leadership Styles
Evaluation Title: Leadership Style Assessment
Compare personal leadership style to other leadership styles.
Instructions:
- Complete the online self-assessment, What’s Your Leadership Style, to identify personal leadership style (Cherry, 2016).
- Take a screen shot of the self-assessment results and place it at the end of your paper.
- In approximately 750 words, compare the style identified in the results of the self-assessment with two other leadership styles of your choosing.
- Provide an example of a public leader that exemplifies each identified leadership style.
- For example: Oprah Winfrey is an example of an “Entrepreneurial Leader.” Winfrey can be identified as this type of leader because she has launched and/or advanced the careers of Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, Nate Berkus, and Rachael Ray. Additionally, Winfrey took over control of her talk show and launched it into a magazine. She also created the OWN television network.
- Complete additional research on leadership styles to support ideas.
- Utilize correct APA formatting, cite and reference materials appropriately.
