Intro letter

Introduction: This assignment will provide you with a format to connect with the families at your placement site classroom.

The Assignment: Compose a letter of introduction to post in your classroom when you begin your placement. The letter should introduce yourself to the families, tell a little about yourself, your education goals, and what you hope to accomplish in your placement. Check for grammar and have a friend or classmate review your letter for content and spelling. 

Grading Criteria

A complete letter, signed and dated, with 2 paragraphs, 7-10 sentences is submitted.

30 points are deducted for spelling and grammar

30 points are deducted if length requirement is not met.

40 points are deducted if content is not applicable or does not make sense to the reader.
