Contact a curriculum developer or instructional designer in adult education, training, or from other postsecondary learning environments.
Interview the developer or designer about a desired change he or she would like to see in the organization.
Choose one of the following options to complete this assignment.
Option 1: Field Experience
Examine how you would address the desired change they identified for the organization.
Conduct a needs analysis, task analysis, or learner analysis, as appropriate, to determine the most effective means of making the change.
Create a 525-word report indicating the interviewer's name, title, program responsibility, the needed change, results of your various analyses, and your recommendation.
Submit your report.
Option 2: Written Analysis of the Interview
Examine how the desired change they identified for the organization could be addressed, and report how those results would be used to make the desired change.
Write a 525- to 700-word analysis, indicating the interviewer's name, title, program responsibility, needed change, and how you would approach making the change.
Research at least three sources to support your approach to making the change.
Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.
Submit your analysis.
