Think Like An Interviewer

Interviewing success is related to many factors. In this week's lecture materials we discussed different formats, tips and techniques. 

Part 1:

Review your self assessment results from earlier in the course. Based on  your individual results, discuss how you will be best suited for an individual interview, a group interview, and a career fair.

Rate yourself on a scale of 1(bad) - 5(excellent) as an interviee. What can you do to improve your interviewing skills? Identify one interview improvement goal to your OLT. Make sure it is SMART (Hint: module 1).

Part 2:

Refer to the list of illegal questions in this week's lecture materials. Select one and develop your answer. OLT peers, give some good feedback here!
