Interview summary
To help students learn and apply the topics and principles covered in class, they will be required to conduct a face-to-face interview (preferably with someone in the Phoenix metropolitan area) who is actively involved in the strategic decision making process. This could be a small business owner, a corporate executive, a manager, etc. but should NOT simply be an employee at a store. A one (1) page paper (10-12 point font, double-spaced, one-inch margins) that includes who was interviewed and what his/her strategic activity is, when the interview was conducted, a sample of what questions were asked (with the responses), and what insights were gained – related specifically to a concept or concepts covered during the course (no reference needed)
