Interview your leader of choice.  Ask him/her to comment about the idea of “Generating Small Wins” as discussed by Kouzes and Posner. 

(Interview protocol – you should contact the person to ask if he/she would like to be interviewed.  Provide the leader with the question(s) so he or she can prepare the answers.)
