The assessment will take approximately 60 minutes. The assessment consists of the following sections:

 

1. Work Simulation: ~ 50 minutes. You will work through example tasks from across the Amazon lines of business. All scenarios provide opportunities to demonstrate core skills and abilities related to the role for which you applied. If some examples have content that does not look specific to your role, rest assured the skill we are asking you to demonstrate is relevant and important.
2. Work Styles Questionnaire: ~ 10 minutes. You will answer questions about how you prefer to approach your work responsibilities.
3. Feedback Survey: ~ 1 minute. Complete a quick feedback survey to tell us about your experience and help us improve.
