Interview Memo

Imagine that you want to answer the following question: What makes a person a good team player in the workplace? Your assignment is to interview a person from your network for at least 40 minutes to collect his/her knowledge, opinions, and beliefs in this regard. 

Write a brief memo describing your interviews. Make sure to address the following questions: 

1. Why and how did you choose your interviewee?

2. Ÿ How did you motivate your interviewee to provide the needed information? 

Ÿ What are your interpretations of the answers given by your interviewee?
