Interpersonal Communications Draft

 I need a Military draft written over interpersonal communications. The word count needs to be 750 -1250 words with a average word per sentences 15.0 to 15.9. Only 5 Paragraphs with a minimum of 3-5 sentences with a max of 8 per paragraph. Needs to be written in active voice. The purpose statement needs to be the first sentence.
