DUTIES
A&S Service is an employment agency that provides quality service to the customer by recruiting professional Manpowerin the Copenhagen, Denmark. The company gives the job to the jobseekers and placing the jobseekers to the right job. The major function of A&S is to supply manpower to the Company’s who is looking for the extra supporting hands to achieve their objectives. Generally, A&S provides their services to the offices, Restaurants, Hotels, Construction Company, Painting Company.
Work Task
Week 1: To know about the company's profile and information about the company.
Week 2: To map potential customers and generate leads for the company and perform customer research by implementing surveys and hosting focus group.
Week 3: To maintain and improve relationship with the client to achieve the target. To assist in brainstorming and idea planning. To participate in client meetings.
Week 4: To evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Financial analysis of the company to know about the financial situation of the company for future reference and analyze the performance of the competitors.
Week 5: Coordinating various social media campaign in the market to grab the maximum customer with sales activities.
Week 6: To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Week 7: To maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and accomplish the task; solve the problem if arises.
Week 8: Prepare for various marketing plan and branding strategies for customer relationship management and while entering new markets.
Week 9: To get familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies for observing the market and set the goal.
Week 10: To maintain customer’s satisfaction initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred customers.
Week 11: Gathering all the collected information and manage them in an order as per the need of the company. Review on market situation. A formal interaction meeting with the M.D. and other co-staffs.
Week 12: Preparing a final work task done file and giving it to the Managing director and share the work experience with all the company members. I will recommend and suggest the company on its market upgrading and wish them better days in the sale and service to the customers.
