At the end of this week, students will be able to:

· Submit a draft of their reflection paper briefly articulating lessons learned in this course and how they will use this knowledge to prepare for career success

Submit a draft of the final Reflection Paper – in your paper, explain how you use the knowledge gained in this course to prepare for on-the-job success. 

Please ensure that you use APA format for this. 

Since this is a draft, submit the items in the Introduction section only. 

Rubric:

APA format: 20 points

Content: 50 points

Grammar: 30 points

You will add the remaining information in your final paper.
