International Relations paper

Paper topic is "How could relations between Japan and China be improved?"  

You may use a current issue or an issue that occurred post-world war II. Term papers should be between 1,000 to 1,250 words, but can be longer if necessary. The inclusion of graphs, charts, and photos are encouraged. Please double line-space and use an easy to read font; I highly encourage Arial 12-point.
