• Question 1:  Define and describe the different kinds of strategic alliances that businesses can take part in.
• Question 2: We have talked about quite a few different cultural considerations in the course, especially in your case study.  If a German country entered into a strategic alliance with a Japanese country, what differences in cultures would need to be considered (you can use the Internet and also consider Hofstede's value dimensions from Chapter 3)?

The post should a) answer the question(s) posed by the instructor and b) critically analyze, to the best of your ability, the implications of the subject matter at hand.
