Internal Investigation

 Write a one to two page OUTLINE of what you think a good system for internal investigation and discipline would be. I want you to think outside the box a little and outline it the way you think it should be done in a perfect police department. Write as though you were the sheriff or the chief of police and could make the policy anything you want it to be.
