intern question

 MY INTERNSHIP IS WITH THE NYPD!!

Soft skills are described as who we are rather than what we know.  It encompasses our character traits as opposed to what we have learned or are capable of learning.  Soft skills include qualities such as flexibility, time management, being a team player, patience, persistence, etc.  

What strengths and weaknesses have you discovered in yourself during your internship/employment with respect to your soft skills?  Give several examples to illustrate your points.   What soft skills do you think are important in your position?
