Intelligence meaning the product resulting from the collection, evaluation, analysis, integration, and interpretation of all available information which concerns one or more aspects of foreign nations or the United States or of areas of operation and which is immediately or potentially significant to planning.

Thesis The United States Intelligence community responded quickly with ISR to the Covid19 pandemic but due to the lack of synchronization with decision makers the US suffered many losses.
