Scenario: You are employee benefits manager for mid-size construction company with 50 employees. you are responsible for working with the insurance companies to design a health insurance policy to meet your's company  needs. An analysis of the health risk of your company;s employee indicate there are 2 groups of population of typical individual 20-30 years old workers with no knowns health issues and 40-50 years old workers with chronic diabetes which is 40% of total workers.
