Installation of positive psychological principles into organizations

Our theme has to do with the installation of positive psychological principles into organizations, such as medical, educational, and business institutions. Right now, there are relatively few studies done on positive psychology in organizations; most of the research right now focuses much more on positive psychology and individuals.
