Insights Clustering & Concepts

Each member of the team will submit their own, original paper.  In this individual report, as a member of the overall consulting team, you are asked to demonstrate the work that you have done so far. Specifically, you are asked to describe, in detail, the research you have done and the learning and insights you have gained from your work so far.  In addition, your paper should include your thoughts about the kinds of solutions (advice, product/service, model, or venture, etc.) that you have researched and proposed during your work in the team, regardless of whether the team will use this work in its final recommendations.  

Provide a cover page and include: 

An introduction 

What research have you conducted and what have you learned?  

What are the insights that you relied on and how did you arrive at them?   

What have you observed and learned about this team, particularly about decision making and how influence has occurred in the team? 

Wrap the paper up with a conclusion. 

This individual Insights Clustering and Concept report will be your contribution to the overall work product of the team and will be identified as such. 

Your submission should be 4-5 pages in length (double-spaced, 12-point font) and include properly cited data as well as your notes (e.g., interview notes) as addenda.
