Select a publicly traded for-profit organization and profile its:

1. PepsiCo's Innovation competencies.
2. PepsiCo's Culture and climate.
3. PepsiCo's Use of alliances.

Begin your paper by describing the theory and constructs of these three areas based on the readings and your research from Units 2, 3, and 4. Then profile how well innovation competencies, culture, and alliances apply or do not apply to the organization you selected. In some instances there may be gaps.
