Innovation Plan

In this assignment I want you to take an organization you have intimate knowledge of - preferably the place you are either currently employed or recently employed -and define a plan to make the organization more innovative. You should consider the risk factors and the potential benefit to the organization's, the employees, and its stakeholders. 

Be sure to include: 

• The organizational structure
• Leadership style
• Cultural factors (both inside and outside the company) 
• Innovation categories / trajectories

This should be between 750 to 1,500 words in APA format and include appropriate supporting references
