INNOVATION IN BUSINESS CASE STUDY

Task

The task will be focused on understanding, explaining, and identifying the main challenges and innovation in a given industry.

To do so, students are expected to read about and describe an industry that can be chosen by them.

The students can choose a company and a sector for which they are going to identify a need.

The students are requested to answer to the following questions:

1. Can you please identify, explain, and sustain through evidence the need you have found?

2. Would you please describe your buyer persona and, at least, one trend which will impact them?

3. Please, include your buyer persona in the report.

Please, sustain each one of your answers with evidence and, whereas possible, a theoretical framework.

The submission format must be a pdf file.

Formalities:

· Wordcount: 2.500 words

· Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.

· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

· Text alignment: Justified.

· The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.

It assesses the following learning outcomes:

· Outcome 3: Critically evaluate the importance of critical thinking, engagement, and collaboration in nurturing innovation through ethical means.

· Outcome 4: Investigate the importance of entrepreneurial skillets, specifically in terms of the way they drive design thinking-based innovations in organizational culture.
