Initial Research

This assignment will provide students with the opportunity to get a paper topic approved for the Research Paper. The Research Paper Prep assignment requires a thesis statement w/introductory paragraph and an annotated bibliography with at least five sources listed. Your topic for your research paper should be a topic or issue in government budgeting and financial management.  I encourage you to use the book to guide you in your topic selection.  

 

Submitting Assignments

Submit papers in Standard English using a 12-point format, 1-inch margins, and double spacing in MS-Word format. The American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines are the standards for writing and referencing papers in a graduate program.
