Informative Speech

Part 1-  Informative Speech Planning (100 points): Speakers will identify and inform extemporaneously the audience about a contemporary issue facing our local community. 

A well-developed planning outline and a speaking outline is due prior to the presentation. 

Presentational aids are required. 

A minimum of 15 references is required.

 5-7 minute, time limit. 

Part 2-
