For this assignment you will read three (3)social work journal articles on a topic of your choice. Topics might include (but are not limited to): addictions, adolescents, adoption, aging, depression, domestic violence,homelessness, human trafficking, mental health…

You will synthesize your research into an infographic (no more than 2 pages) that visually conveys the key insights from the articles. Your infographic should include the following:

• Title and Topic Overview: A clear title and brief statement introducing your topic and why it matters.
• Article Highlights:
  
  • A summary of each article’s key concepts and findings.
  • Visual representations (icons, charts, diagrams, etc.) to make the content engaging and accessible.
• Reflections & Reactions:
  
  • Your reflections on the content (what surprised you, challenged you, or resonated).
  • Questions or ideas for further exploration.
• Connections to Course Materials:
  
  • Link concepts from the articles to themes discussed in class or assigned texts.
  • Use visual callouts (e.g., quote bubbles, side notes, symbols) to show course connections.
• Reference List:
  
  • Include a complete APA-style reference list of all articles used, either as a sidebar or footer.

Design Notes:

You can use digital tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Piktochart, etc. to build your infographic. Ensure it is:

• Visually clear and organized
• Professionally presented
• Rich in content but concise in wording
