Can you do an infographic on the "Importance of Rest and sleep?

For this assignment, you will be creating an infographic.

Step 1:

• Review the list of topics under the heading 5-4e Education in your text (pg 131)

Step 2:

• Topic: The Importance of Rest and Sleep

Step 3:

• Design an infographic that you would post in the program or classroom using your topic     
  • Indicate the population that the infographic is for IE: for children to view and follow
  • Include:       
    • all the steps to the process (if applicable)
    • specific health and/or safety information as it relates to the topic
    • the "what to do" for your topic to get plenty of rest and sleep
  • Cite at least 2 sources of where you researched to gather information
