Individual Team Member Assessment – Required: Using the attached form, each member must complete and post an assessment by Wednesday of Week 12. Members must include themselves in this assessment. Grades for the team project will not be posted until all member assessments have been submitted. Post the assessment in your Assignment Folder using the title "Wk12_TeamAssessment_YourName."
