The analysis will focus on factors contributing to the development of competencies for international management and leadership, including identification of cross-cultural skills, abilities, and strategies. This initial assignment should be 7-8 pages in length (double-spaced, standard margins and fonts), not including the cover page and reference page. A purpose statement and a conclusion are important sections of this assignment. Students should conduct research and write from the perspective of a business person. At least three to five references should be cited in proper APA format. Please provide your original thoughts based on your research.
