At the end of the course, you must also submit a 1000-words self-reflective essay on your learning in this course, on challenges faced, and on the relevance of this course for your career.  Include an assessment of the value of your degree, and a personal five-year globalization plan that addresses how will you leverage globalization in your personal career over the next five years. Please keep in mind that this requires a significant amount of critical thinking and will require more than a few hours of work.
