Individual Emotional Development Plan

 Using the course material, develop a proposal that addresses an area from your own history where this course could have created a better result 

 Write using the narrative essay format construct a 1,050- to 1,400-word individual development plan for a skill you wish to enhance in yourself. Analyze the competencies needed using the course material for developing the selected skills. Use either a personal historical narrative, or a current event in a friend or colleagues life that could benefit from the material that has been learned.
