Incident Action Plan

Refer to the JPB Train Derailment Scenario Overview.  Based on information provided in this document complete the attached ICS-201 form.  Using the priorities listed as guidance, develop and list at least three (3) additional objectives to help stabilize this incident.  On a separate document, develop a briefing explaining the rationale for the developed objectives (1.5 to 3 pages).
