In another attempt to test the effectiveness of the training program for developing interviewing skills (previously discussed in the chapter 7 problem), a different company utilized two separate groups. They gave the new training program to one of the groups of 7 interviewers (condition 1) and compared their interview skills scores (number correct out of 100) to 7 interviewers who had not received the new training (condition 2, the control group). The interviewers were randomly assigned to the conditions.
